Forms are being set

Yay! Things are finally moving at our new place. They are beginning to set forms to get ready for the slab. We went to check it out. Not a lot of progress but I am happy to see any.

These pictures show the boys standing about where the front porch is.

We have these big rocks on our front property line and the boys love them.

*Didn't get a pic of Coop alone. He was off exploring. =)

I have a TEENAGER!!!!!

I cannot even believe that I typed that! My oldest boy is 13 today! I know we all say it, but really where does the time go?? What is so neat is that it is not nearly as scary as it sounds. =)  My Colton is becoming a young man. I mean he has always been such a neat kid and fun to talk to but now we have these real conversations and he really gets things. Just last night, I was helping him blow dry his hair, he is very into looking good for the ladies, so he didn't want it to dry sticking up. =) We were just hanging out in the bathroom chatting about all sorts of stuff and I just looked at him with awe. He came from me! 13 years ago-he made me a Mama and now - he is this super cool teenager!
I have to brag on him since it is his bday post and all. Colton Wyatt is doing so awesome in 7th grade. He got straight A's the first semester. He tried real football for the first time. He worked so hard, learned a lot and really liked it. He is showing sheep again and at the practice show the other day he got two first place ribbons. He shows such calm in the ring. He will try out for a select baseball team this coming weekend and then the middle school baseball team in the spring. That is his favorite sport and I love watching him play! He continues to work hard and improve. Colton has a great group friends and although he is a little girl crazy he doesn't let it distract him too much. =)  I am just beyond proud of this boy. I love that he still comes up and gives me huge hugs no matter where we are. Cody and I are so blessed to be his parents!! We love him more than words!

Happy 13th birthday Colton Wyatt!!!

We saw Santa

It is always exciting for the boys to go see Santa. Carter was super excited! He made sure he wrote a letter and couldn't wait to give it to him. It was so cute!

Once again, Be True Photography got some great pictures!

This one makes me laugh because Colton is just being a really good sport!

Love my handsome boys!!

Career Day

Last week was career day at the elementary school and I love that Cody is always so willing to volunteer to be a presenter. I watched one of the sessions he did and I was so proud! He did such a great job of explaining his business and what he does. He works so hard for our family and we are so lucky to have him!

The name of  his company.
Products he helps get from their warehouses to  HEB's shelves.
Things he turns into new products.

He sure made these boys proud too!!!
Btw, the boys got to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up.

Cooper's Thanksgiving program

Cooper had his 4th grade program last night. It was a Thanksgiving theme and they all did so well. Cooper was so excited because he had a speaking part that was pretty funny. He was one of the kids that sat on the couch and acted like they were full from their Thanksgiving meal. So cute!
They sang several fun songs and Cooper did great!

Cooper and his best buddies Charlie and Cole!

Coop had in mind exactly what he wanted to wear. He looked so handsome!
Very proud of my boy!

P.S. I was sick with the flu but did not want to miss it, so came in at the last minute and stood in the back of the cafeteria.

20 Year Reunion

Man! Typing that title makes me feel old! ;)
Cody and I had graduated from high school 20 years ago in May but the actual reunion was planned for November. Although Facebook makes you feel somewhat connected it was nice to see some people face to face.
We went to the Canyon Cougar football game on Friday night.

Then on Saturday, we had lunch at Boho Bites in Gruene. It was for everyone and their families. The kids ran around playing football and jumping in a bouncy house. (that is why I never captured a pic of them)

We had a baseball tournament for Cooper to get to so we had to leave from there but I am so glad we had gone. It was great to see everyone and their families.

My hubby is in the back right with his cap on.

Carter and a few kiddos jumped in.

I was terrible and never took any good pictures! Weird I know. I got all of these on FB. =)
