We drove into town this afternoon after a fun filled weekend at the coast. We made it home around 2:00pm, unpacked our car, attempted to unpack the bags, got some laundry going, rested for a few hours and then we headed to my in-laws for dinner. It was a nice evening complete with yummy food, homemade ice cream(thanks Bobby), fun with cousins and fireworks. Well, not real fireworks because it so darn dry here we could burn down the neighborhood. So my sweet mother-in-law got the boys oodles of the "pull and pop" kind. They had a blast!!
Seriously, they each got their own big container! They were super happy! Carter loves popping these things. Cody and Aunt Stacy helped him pull them and he kept saying "more poppers, more poppers." Too cute!!!

We had a great time and a wonderful 4th of July! I plan to do a long beach weekend post soon. =)
