It is always exciting for the boys to go see Santa. Carter was super excited! He made sure he wrote a letter and couldn't wait to give it to him. It was so cute!
Once again, Be True Photography got some great pictures!

Career Day
Last week was career day at the elementary school and I love that Cody is always so willing to volunteer to be a presenter. I watched one of the sessions he did and I was so proud! He did such a great job of explaining his business and what he does. He works so hard for our family and we are so lucky to have him!
The name of his company. |
Products he helps get from their warehouses to HEB's shelves. |
Things he turns into new products. |
He sure made these boys proud too!!!
Btw, the boys got to dress up as what they want to be when they grow up. |

Cooper's Thanksgiving program
Cooper had his 4th grade program last night. It was a Thanksgiving theme and they all did so well. Cooper was so excited because he had a speaking part that was pretty funny. He was one of the kids that sat on the couch and acted like they were full from their Thanksgiving meal. So cute!
They sang several fun songs and Cooper did great!
Cooper and his best buddies Charlie and Cole! |
Coop had in mind exactly what he wanted to wear. He looked so handsome!
Very proud of my boy!
P.S. I was sick with the flu but did not want to miss it, so came in at the last minute and stood in the back of the cafeteria.

20 Year Reunion
Man! Typing that title makes me feel old! ;)
Cody and I had graduated from high school 20 years ago in May but the actual reunion was planned for November. Although Facebook makes you feel somewhat connected it was nice to see some people face to face.
We went to the Canyon Cougar football game on Friday night.
Then on Saturday, we had lunch at Boho Bites in Gruene. It was for everyone and their families. The kids ran around playing football and jumping in a bouncy house. (that is why I never captured a pic of them)
We had a baseball tournament for Cooper to get to so we had to leave from there but I am so glad we had gone. It was great to see everyone and their families.

I was terrible and never took any good pictures! Weird I know. I got all of these on FB. =)

Back to School 2015
I officially have all a Kindergartner, 4th grader and a 7th grader!!! So hard to believe!
Colton started his first day super bright and early. He is playing football this year and had his first real practice on the first morning of school. He had to get to the gym and get his gear on and be on the field dressed out for practice at 6:45 am! So he got up at 5:30. Crazy!! SO I couldn't get a picture of the three of them together. =( But here is my handsome 12 year old on his first morning.
Cody is able to to take him on these early mornings...thank goodness! That would be super early for the other two. |
Cooper and Carter woke up bouncing and ready to start back to school. Cooper was so ready to see his friends and Carter was just so happy to be at "big" school with Cooper.
Hate that Colton isn't in this photo but he was on the football field by this time. |

Meet the teacher night
Last night, Cooper and Carter had meet the teacher night and they were so happy! Cody and I were too. They both got the teachers we were hoping they would get.
Carter gets to be in Mrs. Green's class. He already loves her.
Excited to see Buster the Bobcat!

Cooper gets to be in Mrs. Arnold's class. Love her too!
Carter got a cute note and some green "Ready Confetti" or "jitter glitter" from Mrs. Green.
He was so excited to put his under his pillow the night before school started.
He even shared some and put a little under each of his brothers' pillows. =)
Even though our summer went too fast we are excited about a new year!

Tennis camp
The boys went to an All sports camp at John Newcombe Country Club last week. They did play other sports but the main one was tennis. They had so much fun! They all enjoyed learning tennis, even though the first few days they said it was harder than they thought. They got to swim, play soccer and basketball, hike, play games, have tennis tournaments each day, have a Nerf gun war and end each day with snow cones. On the last day, the parents came for a slide show and they each got an award. Colton got the Calm Camper award for being so "chill and easy going." Cooper got the Slam Dunk award for his basketball skills. Carter got the Positive Attitude Award for being so happy and positive. Sounds like they figured my boys out. =)
This was the first time Carter went anywhere all day, everyday. He was so happy that he got to go with his big brothers. He loved it but he was sure worn out at the end of the day.
