A fun playdate

Today, Carter and I met up with Lynn and Gracie at the Children's Museum. It has been a while since Carter has been there and he loved it all!
He loved the water area outside

Enjoying the spaceship

he loves the train table

Scientist checking out the slides

Dr. Mueller on an important call =)
The Dr. being a cashier

Cute Buddies--Carter and Gracie =)

There was also a guy from the snake farm that brought a Blue-Tongued Skink, a Tarantula and a Python snake to show the kids. Yuck, yuck and yuck! Carter was intrigued but certainly had no desire to pet the snake when he was offered the chance. =)

See it's fangs--ahhh!

We had thought about going to our local childrens museum today but unfortunately appointments got in the way! We have never been. I hope to take the kids soon. Hope it's as fun as your looks.

I don't blame Carter, I wouldn't have touched those critters either. He's a smart boy :)

OK seriously, look at the size of that spider!!! Do Tarantulas live in America? Do they crawl around? If I saw that, oh my gosh I think I'd pass out!! Urgh!!!
Thanks so much for sharing that pic ;)
What a great place to take a little curious mind, bet he loved it!!

What a great children's museum! We loved ours in NC but the one here in Monterey leaves much to be desired. You are lucky!
