Carter's 1st day

Well, today was Carter's first day of preschool. He did so good! He did want me to sit down and play with him like I did at meet the teacher night but once I took a few pictures of him playing, he was fine. When I picked him up, his teacher said he had a great day. He even took a good nap for them. They do so many fun things with them including gymnastics and children's church, so I know he was busy having fun.

Could he be any cuter?!?!

He loves pushing things around, so before I left I helped him get his Pooh Bear set up in the stroller. He loved that!

 I cried as I left there. I was so down and a lonely today. I missed my little sidekick tons. I am just glad he will only go twice a week.  I did get to run a few errands and get a pedicure so my day went pretty fast. Thursday I will probably spend sometime helping in Colton and Cooper's classrooms and that is something I really want to have time for.(That is the main reason I have Carter in preschool at all)
All in all, it was a good day. I know it will be a good thing for both of us.


*Something I want to remember:
Until yesterday, when I would say "I love you Carter", he would say "too!" But yesterday after I said it, he said " I love you Mama!" Oh so sweet, he just melts my heart!!!
