Well, Cooper has been asking for a BB Gun for a good while now and we told him maybe when he turned five he would get one. So staying true to our word and making our little hunter happy, that is just what he got. Cody has always pushed the importance of gun safety and Cooper has always had to practice those safety rules even with his toy weapons, so I feel sure he will be careful. The simple reminder he gets is that he can only shoot at the target and snakes. ;)
This evening, we gave our almost 5 year old(technically he is not 5 til tomorrow) what he wanted most for his birthday...a Red Ryder BB gun! He was so excited!! Just look at this grin...

Tell Coop I got a Red Rider for Christmas & his Uncle Weldon wanted to be the first to shoot it because he'd "never had a Red Rider BB gun"! Too funny. :D
This is so going to be my boys when I have them LOL My kids will most likely be shooting as soon as they start walking if it were up to my hub lol!
